Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing:

• United States (Express): 5–10 business days
• International: 10–25 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time through our website or the carrier's tracking page.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation email.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@nexiumy.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
Nexiumy is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
